摘要
分析了水利基层单位人力资源管理的发展现状,对水利基层单位人力资源管理模式进行探讨,从人才的引进与调动、继续教育、绩效管理等方面,提出了水利基层单位在人力资源管理上要坚持以人为本的管理理念,以提高对水利基层单位人员的管理效能。
In this paper,the author analyzed development status of human resource management of water conservancy institution,and discussed model of human resource management in establishment unit of water conservancy.Then,the author put forward that establishment unit of water conservancy should insist idea of people oriented in order to improve management capacity of establishment unit of water conservancy,from aspects of introduction and transfer,continuing education and performance management of talents.
