摘要
文经可见光的吸光度测得铜酞菁-A、α-铜酞菁和β-铜酞菁在二甲苯中饱和浓度的关系是:铜酞菁-A约为α-铜酞菁的20倍,β-铜酞菁的200倍;α-铜酞菁约为β-铜酞菁的9倍。提出了铜酞菁-A抗结晶的机理是铜酞菁-A在二甲苯中的溶解度比α-酞菁蓝和β-酞菁蓝大很多。因此,在二甲苯中铜酞菁-A首先溶解,并且很快被α-酞菁蓝颜料颗粒吸附而将其包覆,从而抑制了α-酞菁蓝颜料粒子在二甲苯中通过奥斯特瓦尔德熟化过程而转变为结晶粗大的β-铜酞菁。铜酞菁-A的加量应大于7%为宜。
Abstract In this paper the relations of the saturated solubility between Cu-Phthalocyanin-A(Cu-Pc-A),α-Cu-Pc and β-Cu-Pc were got in Xylene.Cu-Pc-A is about 20 times of the saturated solubility of α-Cu-Pc and 200 times of that of β-Cu-Pc.α-Cu-Pc is about 9 times of that of β-Cu-Pc.A mechanism on non-crystallizaion of Cu-Pc in Xylene,at first α-Cu-Pc is dissolved and adsorbed on the surface of pigmnt quickly,then pigmetnt is wrapped.α-Cu-Pc is inhibited changing into β-Cu-Pc by Ostwald ripening.It is suitable that the addition of Cu-Pc-A is higher than 7%.
