摘要
本文介绍了"小作业包"的设计程式和实践效果。该模式以培养数控技术专业学生的识图绘图、机械制造技术、数控编程技术和检测技术运用能力为主线,以实际零件图纸和加工文件为蓝本,基于实际工作过程设计从易到难的若干"小作业包",研究编制相应的作业任务书、作业标准和指导书,分别在相应课程中落实。实践结果表明,该模式大大提高了教学效率,提高了学生的知识技术应用能力和就业竞争力。
The design program and practice result of "Small Task Package" are introduced in the paper. In the pattern, drawing recognition training, acquaintance of machine manufacturing, NC programming, detection technology are combined to be main line of education ; Actual parts drawings and processing documents are taken as the blueprint; a series of "small task package" based on working process are designed from easy to difficult; the task packages, instruction books and the evaluation standards are formulated and implemented in the course. The practice result indicate that the pattern enhances the teaching efficiency greatly, the knowledge application ability and the employment competitive ability of the students.
