摘要
[目的]了解在某宾馆食宿的25人发生食物中毒的原因。[方法]采用现况调查的方法,对25名中毒者进行个案调查;依据GB/T 4789-2003《食品卫生微生物检验方法》对采集样品进行病原学检验。[结果]在4份粪便、排骨白菜炖粉皮、面包中共检出6株奇异变形杆菌。[结论]本次食物中毒是由变形杆菌引起的,建议以后应加强食品卫生管理。
[Objective]To explore the pathogenic agent for an outbreak of food poisoning among 25 people in a hotel. [Methods]Site hygienic investigation was conducted to investigate the 25 individual cases. According to GB/T 4789-2003 " Microbiological examination of food hygiene" , samples were collected for the pathogenic agent testing. [Results]6 strains of Proteus rnirabilis were detected in 4 manure, pork ribs cabbage stew vermicelli, and bread samples. [Conclusion]This food poisoning case is induced by Bacillus Proteus. Food hygiene administration should be strengthened to prevent the food poisoning occurrence.
