摘要
本文认为,2008年金融危机中我国战略上高调挑战 美国,提出超主权货币、加速推进人民币国际化的主张不具有现实意义。我国政府可以实现的国家利益是在战术上有助于 本国企业“走出去”,即打破美国垄断,包括削弱国际货币基金组织力量、建立区域性国际金 融组织、肢解美国信用评级机构、打击华尔街金融垄断、反对美国对能源供应地的垄断等。
The paper thinks it is wrong for china in strategy to put forward to come into being a Supernatural Money and boost internafionalization of RMB. The interest of china is to serve as Chinese enterprise to invest abroad in tactics, that is weakening TMF by establish territorial international t3nance organization, splitting America credit rating corporation, blowing the monopoly power of Wall Street, fight against American military occupancy energy sources producing area.
