新型金属光泽剂的研究

摘要 以Cu(NO3)2·3H2O和Mn(NO3)2为原料,选取葡萄糖和柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶方法合成金属光泽剂CuMn2O4粉体,将其加入到基础釉中,成功制备出金属光泽釉。本文探讨了金属氧化物V2O5、TiO2在金属光泽釉中的作用。通过TG-DTA、XRD分析测试技术,探讨了金属光泽剂CuMn2O4的最佳热处理温度及合成条件。采用SEM现代测试技术对釉层微观结构进行了研究。研究表明,金属光泽釉呈现金属光泽可归因于晶体在釉面形成花纹状定向生长且有序分布,验证了尖晶石的{111}面严格平行于釉层表面,从而使釉面对光线产生镜面反射,表现出较强的金属光泽。 CuMn2O4 was synthesized from the material Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and Mn(NO3)2 by sol-gel technique, citric acid and glucose were used as complexant. Metallic lustre glaze was prepared successfully through adding CuMn2O4.The effect of metal oxides(V2O5 and TiO2)was discussed,and the best heat treatment temperature and synthesize condition through the TG-DTA and XRD analytic techniques were also discussed.The ceramic glaze appearance was observed by the modern testing method of SEM.The results showed that crystal growth as a flower pattern and distributing melodicly was the the reason of metallic lustre.The results also validated that the crystal plane index {111} of spinel was strictly parallel to the surface of ceramic glaze,and leaded the surface glaze layer produces much more bright lustre from the mirror reflection to sun' s rays.
