摘要
采用正交实验法对超声波提取豆渣中水溶性大豆多糖进行研究,试验的优化工艺条件为:超声波功率为150W,固液比1:10,超声时间15 min,在此条件下的大豆多糖提取率为5.712%。温度对超声提取水溶性大豆多糖影响不大。
The optimal condition for extracting soluble soybean polysaccharide with ultrasonic has been studied by the orthogonal experiment. The optimal extracting parameters were that the power and time of ultrasonic and the ratio of raw material to liquid was 150W, 15min and 1: 10 respectively. And the extracting rate was 5. 712%. There is little relationship between temperature and extraction of soluble soybean polysaccharide.
