摘要
分析了电力企业CO2排放量的计算模式,提出IPCC排放因子计算模式、实测方法、物料衡算方法和宏观模型方法,并就影响排放因子的因素进行校核,提出电力生产低碳发展静脉循环经济模式下的捕获和资源化应用CCU减排思路.
The quantifying mode of the carbon dioxide emissions for thermal power plant includes IPCC CO2 emission factor mode,practical measurement mode,mass conservation mode and quantifying model,IPCC CO2emission factor need to be checked,the best mode of low-carbon electricity production is CCU（CO2 Capture and Use）.
