摘要
采用羧酸类物质、醇胺类物质、醇类物质作助磨剂,研究了它们对粉煤灰水泥粉磨效果以及物理性能的影响。实验结果表明:羧酸类物质和醇胺类物质比醇类物质助磨效果明显;羧酸类物质对水泥早、后期强度的提高均有利;醇胺类物质和醇类物质只对水泥后期强度的提高有作用。从助磨效果以及增强效果两方面综合分析,羧酸类物质更适合用做粉煤灰水泥高效助磨剂。
Substances containing carboxylic acid,alcohol amine,and hydroxyl were chosen as grinding aids.The influence of the fly-ash cement grinding effect and physical performance were studied.The results showed that substances containing carboxylic acid and alcohol amine have better grinding-help effect than hydroxyl substances.Carboxylic acid substances are beneficial to the development of the early and late strength of cement and alcohol amine substances and hydroxyl substances have only great effect on the devepment of the late strength.Comprehensive analysis from the grinding effects and the development of strength,we can know that carboxylic acid substances are more suitable for high-performance fly-ash cement grinding aids.
