摘要
实验采用乙醇为燃料,管径为1.0 mm、0.6 mm和0.4 mm的三种陶瓷管作为燃烧器。由于燃烧器尺度小的特殊性,实验过程中采用体视显微镜来观测火焰形状,用热电偶来测量火焰温度,用可变液位差法和注射泵法来测量乙醇流量。同时,为了揭示微尺度燃烧的特性,需要对实验数据进行无量纲分析,用特征尺寸比例法来处理火焰图像。
Ethanol as fuel and diameter 1.0 mm,0.6 mm and 0.4 mm three ceramic tubes as burners are selected in this experimental.Because of the particularity of burners with small scale,the flame shape is observed with stereo microscope,flame temperature is measured with thermocouple,and ethanol flow is measured with the methods of variable liquid level difference and injection pump during the experiment.In order to reveal the characteristics of small-scale combustion,experimental data is analyzed with dimensionless and the method of feature size ratio was selected to deal with flame image.
