摘要
针对油罐车装油、运输和卸油过程中油气蒸发损失的不同形式和特点,分析了油气蒸发控制技术的研究发展现状和存在的问题,提出应从优选油罐车装油和卸油方式、研制油气回收装置及探求降低油气蒸发损失手段等方面,有效控制油罐车储运油品过程中的油气蒸发损失。
In the light of different forms and characteristics of evaporation loss of oil vapor during loading,transportation and unloading of road tanker,research situations and problems in control technology of oil vapor evaporation are analyzed.It is pointed out that oil vapor evaporation during storage and transportation of gasoline with road tanker should be effectively controlled from optimizing loading and unloading techniques for road tankers,developing oil vapor recovery unit and searching methods for bringing down oil vapor evaporation.
