摘要
采用合金化方法研究了微量Sb对185mm大截面A型和D型石墨的水平连铸灰铸铁型材基体组织及断面敏感性的影响。结果表明,微量Sb合金化可有效提高大断面D型或A型石墨铸铁型材基体组织中的珠光体含量,有利于提高型材断面硬度绝对值、抗拉强度,降低型材断面的硬度差,改善铸件的断面敏感性。
Matrix microstructure and section sensitivity of HCC gray iron bars with diameters of 185 mm containing A type graphite or D type graphite were investigated by adding trace antimony. The results reveal that trace Sb addition can greatly increase the content of pearlite in the microstructure of gray iron matrix containing A type graphite or D type graphite,which is favorable for the increase of cross section hardness and tensile strength and the decrease of difference in cross section hardness as well as improvement of section sensitivity.
