摘要
简要说明了焊管生产线水压机单向阀组的主要作用,介绍了目前常用的3种单向阀组,即单个高低压单向阀组、组合高低压单向阀组和低压阀芯能自动打开的单向阀组的结构及特点。实际使用结果表明,低压阀芯能自动打开的单向阀组运行平稳,设备故障率低,是焊管水压机首选的单向阀组。
This article briefly explained main function of welded pipe water press on-way valve,and introduced structure and characteristics of commonly used three kinds of one-way valves,that is high and low one-way valve,combination high and low one-way valve,as well as one-way valve which low pressure spool can automatically open.Practice showed that one-way valve which low pressure spool can automatically open operate placidly,and low equipment failure rate,so it is the preferred one-way valve for welded pipe water press.
