摘要
对柴油机活塞二阶运动进行计算分析,要考虑到活塞、缸套的热变形和安装工况下的变形等多方面的因素。计算了活塞和缸套的温度场及热变形,然后对活塞的二阶运动进行了分析,并对结构进行了评价,为活塞进一步的优化提供了参考。
Thermal deformation of the piston and liner and deformation of them under preload condition should be considered in simulation and analysis of piston secondary movement.Temperature field and thermal deformation of piston and liner has been calculated,simulation analysis of piston secondary movement has been done,and the structure of piston has been evaluated,which provides reference for further optimization of the piston.
