软土地基台后回填EPS轻质混凝土沉降分析 被引量:14

Numerical Analysis on Settlement of EPS Concrete Backfill Adjacent to Abutment on Soft Foundation

摘要 基于软土地基上已建桥梁桥头过渡段经常存在严重的路桥沉降差现象,将EPS混凝土作为台后换填料来替换原来的回填宕渣填筑,可以有效地减小路桥过渡段的沉降现象。建立EPS轻质混凝土换填的有限元简化模型,拟计算路表沉降变形曲线,并与普通回填宕渣填筑的工后沉降进行对比分析,最后与结合现场实测结果比较。研究结果表明:采用EPS轻质混凝土换填可以减小桥台后路桥沉降差,延续混凝土整体性能良好的特点,有效地解决台后填筑物对旧桥桥台推挤严重的问题,缓解桥头跳车现象;另外,通过与一般回填宕渣填筑台后路基产生沉降做比较,EPS轻质混凝土有明显的优势。 Differential settlement between a bridge and the road behind abutment is a major problem in construction of bridge approach on a soft foundation. Using EPS concrete backfill instead of traditional backfill has shown promising reduction of settlement. A simplified FE model of EPS concrete backfilling behind the abutment on soft soil foundation was built to analyze the settlement deformation curves of the road surface and differential settlement of road and bridge between EPS concrete backfill and traditional backfill. The field observation and the calculating results all indicate that not only the differential settlement at the bridge approach but also the lateral pressure behind the abutment can be reduced by using EPS concrete backfilling to continue the good integrity characteristic of concrete and alleviate vehicle bouncing at the bridge approach. In addition, comparison of differential settlements of the subgrade backfilled with EPS concrete and traditional backfill soil behind the abutment shows that EPS concrete presents a great advantage.
