摘要
介绍了南京理工大学图书馆建立大学生读者协会的宗旨、组织结构与功能以及日常活动和管理办法,阐述了大学生读者协会成立以后参与图书馆工作的效果,说明充分挖掘大学生的聪明才智,发挥大学生社团的作用是对高校图书馆服务的重要完善,对学生自身和图书馆都是双赢的好事情。
The paper introduces the reader society＇s aim,organization,functions,daily activities and management methods. It also describes great achievements the reader society have brought to the library. Therefore,it shows that it is a useful complement for university libraries to fully tap the wisdom of university students and help to play the roles of university students＇ society,which is beneficial both to the students themselves and to university libraries.
