煤气发生炉蒸汽管网的改造

摘要 煤气发生炉生产煤气用的气化剂蒸汽主要由煤气发生炉炉夹套产生的自产蒸汽和外来蒸汽组成,由于外来蒸汽压力比自产蒸汽压力高,当外来蒸汽管道和自产蒸汽管道串联时,使煤气发生炉的汽包长期处于超压状态,自产蒸汽没有得到有效利用。通过对煤气发生炉外来蒸汽和自产蒸汽管道进行改造,可达到自产蒸汽全部用于煤气发生炉生产的目的。本文介绍了改造方案和改造效果。 The gasifying agent steam,which is used in coal gas production by gas producer,mainly consists of self-produced steam and the external steam.The self-produced steam is from stove clamp cover of producer gas generator.The self-produced steam can't be used effectively,when conduit of external steam was connected in series with conduit of self-produced steam,causing steam drum in producer gas generator to be over-pressured for a long time,as external steam pressure is always higher than self-produced steam pressure.Full use of self-produced steam for production of producer gas generator can be made through modification of conduits of external steam and self-produced steam.Modification solutions and effects are presented in this article.
