摘要
顶岗实习作为高职院校培养学生职业能力和岗位技能的重要途径,必须完善管理运行机制。分析高职院校顶岗实习管理中出现的突出问题,提出建立学生预就业与顶岗实习企业人才需求相结合的管理运行机制,充分发挥学校、企业和学生在顶岗实习管理中的作用,提高顶岗实习管理的实效性。
The post practice must improve management and operation mechanism as an important way to cultivate students professional capacity and job skills.By analysis the existing outstanding problems in management of post practice,the paper proposes to establish students management and operation mechanism combined by pre-employment and post practice as well as talents demands of enterprises,gives full play to schools,businesses and students,and enhances the actual effect of post practice.
