摘要
以一条拖拉机覆盖件涂装生产线中酸洗槽的设计为例,介绍了钢材酸洗工艺的原理,酸洗槽的结构设计、加热,以及酸雾处理方法,并采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了酸洗槽的有限元模型,对酸洗槽的静强度进行了计算和验证,对设计薄弱结构进行了改进。
Keeping example in design acid pickling bath in a coating flow line for tractor covering pieces, the principle of steel acid pickling process, structure design and heating of acid pickling bath, along with treatment method of acid mist were introduced. A finite element model for acid pickling bath was established using analysis software of finite element so as to calculate and verify the static strength of acid pickling bath. Weak structure of the design has been improved.
