摘要
针对高速列车对环境危害最严重的噪声、振动和电磁干扰问题作了阐述，并提出了解决办法。
High speed train exerts certain effects to the environment,among which the most severe are noise,vibration and electromagnetic interference.The paper expounds on them and puts forward some solutions.
