摘要
以活性污泥为材料,连二亚硫酸钠为还原剂,丙酮为萃取剂,采用TTC-脱氢酶活性测定法测定污泥脱氢酶活性。通过在不同温度下对活性污泥进行微波消解,研究其脱氢酶活性变化以及微波消解对活性污泥中微生物的灭活效果,并探讨了脱氢酶活性与细菌总数的关系。
The dehydrogenase activity of sludge is measured by using TTC-dehydrogenase activity assay with activated sludge as materials, sodium hydrosulfite as reduction, and acetone as extracting agent. Activated sludge is digested by using microwave digestion method at different temperatures in order to study the change of dehydrogenase activity and the activation effect of microwave digestion on microorganism in activated sludge. The relationship between the dehydrogenase activity and the total number of bacteria is investigated.
