摘要
近年来高等学校学生身体及心理素质呈现下降趋势。通过实验研究分析表明,瑜伽教学可以有效提高大学生身体的柔韧性,增加关节活动幅度;对塑型瘦身有明显的效果,尤其对减小腰腹部、大腿围度有很明显的作用;可以改善学生心、肺功能,提高耐力素质;对降低学生心理焦虑水平,缓解抑郁情绪有较好的作用。笔者建议在高校体育课程中大力推广应用瑜伽教学。
In recent years the physical and the psychological quality of college students presents the declining trend.The article,through the experimental study analysis,indicates that the Yoga teaching may enhance the university student body flexibility effectively,increase the joint activity scope;have the tangible effect to model losing weight,especially to the waist abdomen reduction,thigh encirclement to have the very obvious function;may improve the student heart,the lung function,improve the endurance quality;to lowers the students′ psychological anxiety,to alleviate students' despondent mood.It is suggested that Yoga teaching be vigorously applied in the university sports curriculum.
