摘要
介绍了基于单片机的多维力传感器标定系统,设计了数据采集、处理系统的硬件结构及软件流程.硬件部分主要包括:单片机、DMA、A/D转换芯片及通信模块等.系统运行过程中,主程序依次调用各个子模块对采集的实验数据进行分析处理.
Structure of based MCU calibration of multi-axis force sensor system was introduced,the hardware structure and Software process of the data acquisition and processing system were designed.Hardware mainly included MCU,DMA,A/D convert chip,and communication module etc.During the system operation process,the main program uses each submodule modules in order,all the experimental data were analysed.
