摘要
高速机床已成为当代主要发展趋势之一,而高速机床的关键部件之一是高速电主轴,支撑电主轴的轴承由于主轴的旋转而使套圈和滚动体接触点受到外加负荷和旋转的作用,因而反复产生接触压力和变形。钢制轴承失效的主要形式是疲劳剥落,抗疲劳寿命短,而陶瓷轴承(Si3N4)具有低密度、中等弹性模量、热膨胀系数小、硬度高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、无磁等优点,可显著提高轴承接触疲劳寿命,且更适用于高速。现就陶瓷轴承在高速机床中的应用问题作一些探讨。
High-speed machine tools has become one of the major contemporary trends, while the high-speed machine tools is one of the key components of high-speed spindle, spindle bearings support the spindle rotation due to rings and rolling bodies are plus points of contact load and rotate the role of thus repeated contact pressure and deformation generated. Steel bearing failure is the main form of fatigue spalling, anti-fatigue life is short, while the ceramic bearing (Si3N4) with a low density, medium modulus, thermal expansion coefficient, high hardness,high temperature, corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic, etc., can be significantly improve bearing contact fatigue life, and more for high-speed. Now the application of ceramic bearings in high speed machine tool was discussed.
