摘要
合成了一系列新型的聚氧化丙烯多胺(PPA),并对其结构进行了表征,同时研究PPA添加到双酚A环氧树脂(DGEBA)-二乙烯三胺体系中对环氧树脂固化过程的影响以及对固化环氧树脂的增韧效果。实验结果表明,随着PPA的加入,材料的冲击强度有较大的提高,当含有10phrPPA204(聚醚分子量为400时),环氧树脂网络的冲击强度比纯环氧网络增大了2.6倍。文中同时对含有PPA的环氧树脂的固化反应进行了初步探讨。
A series of new poly(oxypropylene) polyamines(PPAs) have been synthesized and characterized by means of element analysis and FT IR etc. The tough effect of these PPAs on epoxy resin(DGEBA)/diethylene triamine systems was examined. The experimental data show that the impact strength for epoxy networks containing PPA 204 or PPA 210 which is synthesized with poly(oxypropylene) polyol having low molecular weight (400 or 1000) increases appreciably compared with that of pure epoxy network. The curing reaction of such systems was also studied primarily by using JSR Ⅱ Resin Curoelastomer and FT IR respectively.
