摘要
对前文合成的A系列氮杂聚合物冠醚树脂(多胺交联乙二醇双缩水甘油醚)进行了元素分析、差热分析及红外光谱表征。研究了该系列树脂对Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+的静态吸附动力学、等温吸附过程,并根据元素分析,pH值对吸附性能的影响及吸附前后红外光谱分析结果对其吸附机理作了初步探讨。实验结果表明,A系列树脂具有热稳定性高、吸附速率快、吸附容量大等特点。可广泛应用于脱除污水中的过渡金属离子并可根据其对不同离子的吸附性能差异对金属离子进行有效分离。
The thermal stabilities of A series polymeric aza crown ether resins(resins of ethylene glycol bisglycidal ether crosslinked by polyamine) was studied by DTA and their structures were characterized by IR spectra. Their adsorption properties such as kinetic and isotherm for Cu 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Co 2+ were investigated. According to the results of ultimate analysis, the effects of pH value to adsorption capacities and the changes of IR spectra after and before adsorption, the initial adsorption mechanism was discussed. The results show that A series resins have such characterizations as good thermal stability, high adsorption speed and adsorption capacities. These resins can be used in treating transition metallic ions which contain in industrial waste water. By taking advantage of their difference in adsorption for different metallic ions in various pH value solutions, these metallic ions can be efficiently separate.
