18F—FLT及18F—FDG监测肺癌化疗后早期反应的动物实验 被引量:6

摘要 18F-脱氧葡萄糖(nuorodeoxyglucose,FDG)在肺癌的诊断及疗效监测中有重要的作用,但特异性较差,存在一定的假阳性.18F-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(fluorothymidine,FLT)是核酸代谢显像剂。笔者观察了经紫杉醇+顺铂治疗后1d的荷肺癌裸小鼠的18F—FLT和18F—FDG生物分布,
