摘要
由1-硝基蒽醌与甲酸钠作用生成1-甲氧基蒽醌,收率75%。1.甲氧基蒽醌与苯乙炔基溴化镁在THF中回流24h,水解后的混合物不经分离直接与氯化亚锡的乙酸溶液反应30min,一步法合成了题示化合物,收率46%。
1-Nitro-anthraquinone reacts with methanol and sodium to give 1 -methoxy- anthraquinone in 75 % yield, from which the bile compound is synthesized in a one-step route. Thus, 1 - methoxy - anthraquinone reacts with phenylethynyl magnesium bromide in THF under reflux for 24h, the mixture formed is hydrolyzed, then without separation, is treated with a solution of stannous chloride in acetic acid for 30min to give the tide compound with a yield of 46%.
