摘要
高校精品课程建设是一个复杂的系统工作,其中,教师队伍不仅起决定性作用,而且起保障性作用。作为一个具有层次性的、需要诸多元素参与的过程,基于影响教师队伍内外因素分析,在构建精品课程教师队伍建设的理论模型基础上,对高校开展精品课程教师队伍建设,提出促进精品课程可持续发展的实施途径。
Quality curriculum construction is a complex system task in institutes of higher education,and faculty team plays a decisive role in it.As the constructionis a which is hierarchical process involving a lot of elements,the text analyses the internal and external factors for faculty team and the theoretical model of quality curriculum faculty team construction,to offer implementation approach for the promotion of quality curriculum's sustainable development.
