摘要
根据挖泥船绞刀结构特点,在SolidWorks环境下生成绞刀三维模型,同时探讨了从二维图片到三维实体的灵活建模方法,并将模型数据与ANSYS成功联接,根据绞刀水下切削实际工况对其进行有限元分析,实现了CAD与CAE的结合,提高了绞刀设计开发的效率。
According to the structural characteristic of a dredger cutterhead, a method of 3D Modeling from 2D drawing of a dredger cutterhead based on SolidWorks is discussed. The 3D model data transmission between SolidWorks and ANSYS is solved. The finite element analysis of the cutterhead is completed. The method could improve the efficiency of a eutterhead design.
