VEGF与Survivin mRNA在翼状胬肉中的表达 被引量：2

摘要 目的检测翼状胬肉组织中survivin及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,探讨其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学二步法及RT-PCR法对30例翼状胬肉组织进行survivin、VEGF的检测和分析,并与10例正常结膜组织进行对照研究。结果翼状胬肉组中survivin及VEGF表达均高于正常结膜组(P<0.05),VEGF与Sur-vivin蛋白表达显著相关(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉组织中VEGF、Survivin mRNA的过度表达,提示翼状胬肉组织的发生与细胞凋亡抑制有关。
