摘要
公共图书馆的快速发展给读者研究工作带来了许多新情况,对读者特点和他们在文献利用过程中所反映出来的阅读心理、阅读需求、阅读行为等规律进行研究,有助于公共图书馆对不同读者进行有针对性的服务,提高公共图书馆的服务质量和效率。文章阐述了心理学在图书馆读者服务工作中的重要意义,对心理学与图书馆读者服务工作的关系进行了一定的探讨,并结合工作实践对如何创造适合读者的心理环境以及合理运用心理学知识为读者服务进行了分析,并提出了建议。
The rapid development of public libraries has brought many new situations to library readers services.Researches on the readers' characteristics and their reading psychology,reading requirements and reading behaviors can not only help the public libraries supply aimed services for different readers,but also improve the public libraries' service quality and efficiency.This paper discusses the importance of psychology in the libraries service work,explores the relationship between psychology and libraries readers service work,combining the author's own work experience analyzes how to create psychological environment for readers and rationally use the knowledge about psychology to serve the readers and gives some suggestions.
