摘要
基于ANSYS建立250 t转炉系统的有限元温度场分析模型,并对转炉温度场进行数值仿真计算和分析,得到250 t转炉系统的温度场,并与现场实测值进行比较。结果表明,仿真计算结果与实测值误差较小,仿真结果是正确和有效的。
Based on ANSYS,the model for FE analysis of the temperature field of a 250 t converter system is established.With numerical simulation calculation and analysis,the temperature field of the 250 t converter system is obtained and compared with field measurements.It is found that the simulation results accord with the field measurements,which suggests that the simulation results are correct and effective.
