摘要
根据水和水蒸汽的热力特性,运用在换热系数之间的计算之中,得到了温度影响系数的计算方法,同时利用变工况时加热器换热面积的变化规律,定义了加热器换热面积变化系数,得到了传热系数的计算方法,两种方法适用于不同结构的加热器,同时也降低了计算难度,简化了加热器端差的计算方法,对于组合式加热器,分别对管侧和壳侧的传热系数的求解方法进行了分析,得到了传热系数在变工况和设计工况时的比例关系,使总体传热系数的求解更加简洁。
The calculation way which the temperature effects coefficient will be obtained based on water and steam thermal characteristics and applying the calculation between heat exchanged coefficient. Meanwhile, the calculation way of heat transfer coefficient has been obtained based on variable law of heat exchange area of the heater under variable working conditions and defining the variable coefficient of heat exchange area. Both above-mentioned ways are applied to different structures of the heater, reduce the calculation process and simplify the calculation way of the temperature difference of the heater. The calculation methods of the heat transfer coefficient have been analyzed for both tube side and shell side and the proportion between the variable and design working conditions has been obtained.
