给水泵试运行中的问题及解决措施

摘要 对外承建的国产300 MW机组,通常配备3台50%容量的电泵,或配备2台50%容量的汽泵及1台30%容量的电泵。给水泵的正常运行,对机组的正常运行至关重要。在电厂机组试运中,对给水泵出现的几种故障现象进行了分析,对油温、水温及液力耦合器油位等问题进行了分析并提出解决措施。 There are three motor-driven Boiler Feed Pumps(BFP) in 50% capacity or two steam-driven BFPs in 50% capacity and one motor-driven BFP in 30% capacity equipped with one 300MW power unit currently. Running without problem of BFP is very important for the whole unit. In this article, some problems occurred in BFP have been analyzed and countermeasures have been put forward to solve the problems such as high oil temperature and water temperature and the oil level of the hydraulic coupling, etc. during the commissioning.
