摘要
对推移杆进行力学分析和强度分析,采用合理的简化,尽可能减少优化设计中函数变量个数,得出结论并进行了设计优化验证,使推移杆截面最小化而承受载荷最大化,保证了井下高产高效工作面液压支架推移杆的可靠性,实现了材料的优化选取。
This paper made mechanical and strength analysis on process-oriented bar and ultimately reduced variable number in optimization design by rational simplification.Optimized result made the cross-section of process-oriented bar minimum and bearing load maximum,which ensured stability of process-oriented bar of powered support for mining face with high production and high efficiency and realized optimized material selection.
