摘要
从污水处理厂活性污泥中富集及筛选得到一株有絮凝活性的细菌Bf-09.采用16S rDNA序列分析法并结合传统细菌分类,确认Bf-09为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.).通过单因子优化法试验,得出Bf-09菌株降解处理制药厂废水的最适条件为:温度32℃、pH7.0,当废水体积分数为60%时,制药废水的COD去除率可达80.4%,脱色率可达80.2%.
A strain Bf-09 with flocculating activity was screened from the activity sludge of a wastewater treatment plant.Based on the method of 16S rRNA sequences analysis combining the traditional taxology,Bf-09 was identified to genus Bacillus sp.The optimum conditions of the strain Bf-09 to treat the pharmaceutical wastewater was gotten by the method of single-factor optimization experiment.When the temperature was 32 ℃,pH 7.0 and the wastewater volume fraction was 60%,the COD removal ratio of pharmaceutical wastewater reached up to 80.4%,and the decolorization ratio reached up to 80.2% respectively.
