摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,国际物流在我国国民经济体系中的地位日趋重要。而当前,国际型物流人才的匮乏非常突出,已经成为制约我国物流业发展的瓶颈。文中从培养高级国际物流应用型人才出发,探讨了高级国际物流应用型人才素质要求以及高校相关人才培养存在的问题,同时就高级国际物流应用型人才的培养模式提出了对策及建议。
With the development of economic globalization,the international logistics system in China＇s national economy has become increasingly important.At present,the lack of the international logistics talents is getting serious,and has become a bottleneck constraining the development of China＇s logistics industry. On the basis of cultivation of Advanced International Logistics Application oriented talents,this article explores the quality requirements of application oriented talents of advanced international logistics and existing problems of talents training in universities,and proposes countermeasures of advanced International logistics talents training strategies.
