摘要
中国基层群众自治制度是在新中国成立后的民主实践中逐步形成的。梳理基层群众自治发展的历史沿革,研究基层群众自治制度发展历程,对于促进城乡基层建设,推动社会主义民主政治建设,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的现实意义。
System of Community Level Self-Governance was formed in the democracy pratice after the foundation of New China.Based on its historical development,this paper makes a systemic research on the development period of System of Community Level Self-Governance.So it has great realistic meanings to improve rural-urban commuity construction and socialist democracy,and construct the socialism harmonious society.
