摘要
为确定圆角滚压提高曲轴疲劳强度和综合机械性能的情况,从曲轴圆角滚压强化原因、工艺过程、滚压变形影响因素等方面,构建了Q485曲轴模型,提出了一种基于ANSYS的曲轴滚压强度分析方法,在材料疲劳破坏特性的理论基础上,对曲轴的圆角滚压进行理论分析,得出曲轴在静态载荷及滚压条件下的受力云图及变形。
In order to analyze and determine the fatigue strength and comprehensive mechanical properties of crankshaft after fillet rolling,the paper constructed a Q485 crankshaft model from the aspects of the cause of crankshaft fillet rolling strengthening,process,influencing factors of rolling deformation,etc.,and introduced a kind of strength analysis of crankshaft rolling based on ANSYS.In addition,based on the theory of fatigue failure characteristic of materials,it gives a theoretical analysis of crankshaft fillet rolling and obtains the crankshaft stress nephogram and deformation under the conditions of static load and rolling force.
