摘要
目的了解临床护理人员循证医学认知现状,探讨在护理专业开展循证医学教育的途径。方法对省内七个城市十家三级甲等医院520名医护人员进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括个人基本情况、对循证医学的认知现状及对循证医学知识的需求和态度。结果临床护人员中具有本科以上学历占34.5%,具有副高职以上职称的占1.4%,对循证医学很了解、比较了解、一般了解和不了解分别占3.0%、19.8%、55.0%和22.7%。绝大部分人认为有必要学习循证医学,认为应该在专科、本科和研究生阶段开设循证医学课程的分别占37.5%、48.9%、10.3%。51.0%的人员认为应该设为必修课,49.0%认为设为选修课。结论通过各种方式提高临床护理人员素质,普及循证医学的学校教育和继续教育,提高护理人员对循证医学得认识非常必要,进而提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the cognition status of nurses in terms of evidence-based medicine,and explore the ways to carry out evidence-based medicine education.Methods A total of five hundred nurses of ten third-class first-grade hospitals in Liaoning province were investigated by filling out the evidence-based medicine questionnaires designed by ourselves,concluding personal information and the status of cognition of evidence-based medicine.Results 3.0% of the people know the EBM very much,19.8% know it a little better,55.0% know it generally,22.7% don't know the EBM.Most of the people considered it as necessary to learn evidence-based medicine.Those who think that we should set up evidence-based medicine in the diploma courses、undergraduate curriculum and postgraduates courses account for 37.5%,48.9% and 10.3% respectively.While 51% of them think that it should be required course,49% think that it should be optional course.Conclusions We should enhance the quality of clinical nurses,popularize school education and continuing education of evidence-based medicine through a variety of ways so as to enhance the quality of clinical medical work.
