摘要
针对合成航空润滑油使用的特殊性,选择有代表性的三种极压抗磨剂,对其不同含量的四球磨损试验油样进行铁谱分析,通过磨粒的铁谱特征,结合四球试验结果,分析它们的抗磨性能差异,发现TPPT(三甲苯硫代磷酸酯)和TCP(三甲酚磷酸酯)的抗磨作用基本相当,但P=S键的引入改善了TPPT的抗磨性能,使其抗磨作用比TCP好;MBT(巯基苯并噻唑)的抗磨作用最好,但加入量不能太大。
Aiming at the service speciality of synthetic aviation lubricating oil, three representative EP additives(TPPT, TCP and MBT) with various dosages were added to the oil samples for four ball wear test, and ferrography analysis was used to examine their antiwear properties. It was found that the antiwear abilities of TPPT and TCP were similar, however, the introduction of P=S bond can improve the antiwear ability of TPPT; MPT was the best at low dosage.
