Er:YAG激光照射后牙本质粘结界面的剪切强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的测试Er:YAG激光照射正常牙本质(normal dentin,ND)和龋病影响牙本质(caries affected dentin,CAD)粘结界面的抗剪切强度。方法选择临床常见2种牙本质(ND、CAD),通过万能材料试验机分别测试Er:YAG激光照射后不同处理方式的粘接界面抗剪切强度。结果 Er:YAG激光后采用相同处理方式粘结,ND的剪切强度大于CAD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用不同处理方式,38%磷酸酸蚀后粘结界面抗剪切粘结强度最大,其次为Er:YAG激光蚀刻后粘结,最差的为直接粘结。结论粘结剂在CAD抗剪切粘结强度小于ND;在同种类型牙本质中,38%磷酸酸蚀后粘结界面抗剪切粘结强度较大。
