摘要
研究了不同生理状态霉菌活动导致粮堆中CO2浓度变化的规律.结果表明:安全水分粮食自身呼吸作用释放CO2的量少且速率恒定;霉菌在粮食中生长一般经历孢子萌发、菌丝生长和子代分生孢子形成阶段,可使粮堆的CO2浓度变化呈现"S"形曲线,其中霉菌在菌丝生长期的CO2产生速率最高.改变粮堆的温、湿度等条件会显著影响霉菌生长速率,但粮堆霉菌生长导致CO2浓度升高的"S"形曲线变化形式不变.因此,可以通过粮堆CO2浓度变化监测结果了解储粮中霉菌活动的生长状态,甄别储粮受霉菌危害的风险程度.
The article studied the concentration change law of CO2 in grain bulk resulting from the activity of moulds in different physiological states.The results show that the grain with safe moisture content can produce small amount of CO2 at constant speed through respiration;the growth process of mould in grain generally includes the spore germination stage,the mycelial growth stage and the offspring conidia formation stage;in the three mould growth stages,the CO2 concentration in the grain bulk changes in an S-shaped curve,wherein the CO2 gas has the highest production speed in the mycelial growth stage.The temperature and the humidity of the grain bulk can remarkably influence the mould growth speed,but not influence the S-shaped change tendency of the CO2 concentration.Accordingly,the growth state of mould in stored grain can be determined by monitoring the concentration change of CO2 in the grain bulk so as to discriminate the harm degree of moulds on the stored grain.
