摘要
采用LC98-IAAA型氨基酸分析仪和AAS6000型原子吸收分光光度计分别对浙江佛手柑中氨基酸、微量元素的种类和含量进行测定,结果表明:浙江佛手柑中含有18种氨基酸和10种微量元素,具有极为重要的保健、防病、治病的作用。
The contents of amino acids and trace elements in Zhejiang finger citron were measured by LC98-IAAA and AAS6000 atomic absorption spectrometry respectively,and the results indicated that 18 kinds of amino acid and 10 kinds of trace elements were identified from this fruit,which is most important for people to keep healthy,prevent and treat diseases.
