聚合物光伏薄膜电池活性材料研究进展 被引量:2

Development of investigation on organic photovoltaic cell's materials

摘要 聚合物光伏薄膜电池材料同时具有聚合物(塑料)优异的加工性和无机半导体的导电特性,并具有柔性、质量轻、可进行化学修饰和表现出较高的开路电压(>2V)等特性在近年来受到了广泛的关注。文中就聚合物光伏薄膜电池的发展,聚合物薄膜活性材料的特点、分类、发展趋势以及瓶颈进行了概述。 Organic solar cells received extensive attention in recent years.The organic solar cell's materials with a flexible and light weight can be chemically modified.In this paper,the development of organic photovoltaic thin-film cells was reviewed according to polymer thin-film active materials's characteristics,classification,development trends and the bottleneck.
