摘要
采用高效定向钛催化剂的本体聚合方法合成了具有热塑性弹性体性质的聚1-丁烯,考察了聚合温度、Al/Ti等对转化率、全同含量、分子量及聚合物性能的影响。实验得到的聚合产物与之前报道的聚合物在力学性能上有较明显的提高。同时采用DSC考察了该法合成产物的熔点和结晶度等热性质。
This paper introduced a method of synthesizing poly(1-butene) with bulk polymerization,which possessed better mechanical properties than the reported early.The effect of polymerization conditions such as polymerization temperature,Al/Ti on the monomer conversion,isotacticity,[η] and mechanical properties were investigated.The melting point and Xc were also tested by the DSC.
