老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的检测及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及其临床意义.方法 将105例老年男性2型糖尿病患者根据骨密度(BMD)结果分为3组:骨量正常组34例、低骨量组39例、骨质疏松组32例,另设24例年龄匹配的健康体检者作为正常对照组,以酶标法检测各组血浆Hcy水平.结果 (1)骨质疏松组和低骨量组血浆Hcy水平明显高于骨量正常组及正常对照组(均P〈0.01),骨质疏松组水平则高于低骨量组(P〈0.05);(2)Hcy与L1-4及股骨颈BMD、BMI、PTH、VB12、E2呈负相关(r=-0.266、-0.300、-0.355、-0.353、-0.352、-0.445、-0.212、-0.236、-0.276,均P〈0.05).结论 老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血浆Hcy水平升高,其与骨质疏松的发生发展密切相关. Objective To evaluate plasma homocysteine Methods A total of 105 elderly male type 2 diabetics were evels in elderly male type 2 diabetics with primary osteoporosis. divided into 3 groups: normal group, osteopenia group and osteoporosis group. Plasma homocysteine levels were determined by ELISA. Results Plasma homocysteine levels were elevated in elderly male type 2 diabetics with primary osteoporosis. Plasma homocysteine levels had negative correlation with bone mineral density. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia may be related closely to the development of primary osteoporosis in elderly male type 2 diabetics.
