摘要
目的弄清田间喷施拉维因后的残留及降解规律，以便指导农民合理施药、安全采摘果蔬，减少污染，保障人们的身体健康。方法用液－液萃取和气相色谱法分析田间喷施不同浓度拉维因后，不同天数油菜和桃中的拉维因的残留量。结果拉维因在油菜和桃中降解符合动力学一级反应。按推荐量施药，拉维因在油菜和桃中的降解半衰期分别为７５１ｄ、６１７ｄ，施药后第１５天降解率分别为９０７％、８９２％，并且施药量与残留量呈正相关。去污率为６９９％～９０７％。结论拉维因在油菜和桃中降解较迅速，建议蔬菜和水果的安全采收时间为８ｄ左右。
Objective To
explore a regular of residues of larvin in rapes and peaches.Methods The residues in rapes
and peaches in the deferent days after applying larvin were determined by L-L extraction and
GC analysis.Result Applying at recommended rates, the half-live of residues of larvin in rapes
and peaches were 7 51 days and 6 17 days, respectively. At 15th day after applying larvin, the
degraded rates of larvin in rapes and peaches were 90 7% and 89 2%,respectively. Residues
of larvin in rapes and peaches were increased with increasing of the amount of used larvin. The
average cleanning rate by washing with water were 69 9～90 7%.Conclusion The degradation
of larvin was more rapidly.
