摘要
基于和谐管理理论,提出了高校实验教学示范中心创建过程中实施和谐管理的方法,促进实验教学中心又好又快发展。
Based on the harmonious management theory, the methods of harmonious management were put forward in the establishment of university experimental teaching demonstration center. They can promote the sound and rapid develop- ment of experimental teaching center in colleges and universities.
